Kling 4.0 is the newest generation of Kling AI, the video model from Kuaishou. It was released in mid-October 2026 and generates native clips from 3 to 30 seconds, supports up to 10 keyframes and adds two-channel stereo audio. Kling AI gives new users free credits at registration and existing users free credits for logging in each month, but the company states that not every 4.0 capability is included in free access. aiwith does not offer Kling; if you want to generate video on aiwith today, the option is Seedance 1.5 Pro.

Last checked: October 16, 2026. This is a source-checked access guide, not a hands-on benchmark.

What is Kling 4.0?

According to Kling's official model page, Kling 4.0 focuses on "audiovisual performance, multimodal references, and storytelling." The documented specifications are:

  • Native duration of 3 to 30 seconds per generation, for longer takes, multi-shot sequences and continuous scenes.
  • Up to 10 flexible keyframes, so you can define important visual states at different points on the timeline.
  • Two-channel stereo audio and improved lip-sync accuracy.
  • Up to 5 video references in one editing task, with a combined duration of up to 30 seconds.

10-bit HDR is listed as coming soon. These are vendor specifications, not an independent benchmark — the honest way to judge a video model is to run your own clip.

Is Kling 4.0 free?

There are three different questions behind "free":

  • Can I try Kling 4.0 at no cost? Kling's free-access guide states that it "provides free credits to new users upon registration, while existing users receive additional free credits by logging in each month." Those credits can be used on the available image and video features.
  • Does free access include all of 4.0? Not necessarily. The same guide warns that "not every 4.0 capability is necessarily included in free access," and that free access may limit the available models, video length, resolution or export options. Check your account's available models and credits before generating.
  • Is there a paid plan? Yes. Kling AI sells paid plans. Current subscription prices and credit allowances change and were not stable enough for us to quote here, so check Kling's official pricing page for today's numbers rather than trusting a number copied from an older article.

How do I use Kling 4.0?

  1. Sign in to Kling AI and open its video generation tool.
  2. Confirm which model and capabilities your account can actually use — free credits do not unlock every 4.0 feature.
  3. Start with a short text-to-video prompt, then add image or video references and keyframes only if your workflow needs them.
  4. Check how many credits a generation will consume before committing to a long or high-resolution clip.

What can I use instead if I want video generation on aiwith?

aiwith does not offer Kling. As of this check the model is not in our line-up, and an aiwith subscription does not unlock it.

What aiwith does provide is a video generator built on Seedance 1.5 Pro, with text-to-video and image-to-video modes. Open the video page, pick the mode, and describe the clip you want. It is a different model from Kling 4.0, so expect different motion and output behaviour — treat it as the practical way to get a finished clip on aiwith, not as a Kling equivalent.
